It’s winemaking time

If you’re somewhere around Europe right now you’ve already realized that the grapes have been picked up and the wineries have been working from dusk to dawn.
The harvesting of wine grapes is one of the most crucial steps in the process of winemaking but it normally happens between August and October (in the Northern Hemisphere)
At this time of the year the weather is nice and even if the morning air shows some coldness already, we can still take advantage of the heating sun for some outdoorsy time. So, take the barrels out and have fun! (Easy on the alcohol, I was thinking about what to do with the barrels, grapes and wine tables…but you can pour yourself a glass of wine, too)
